UCTalent Labs is seeking a passionate and driven QAQC Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates or current 3rd/final year students in technology or science to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and control for innovative decentralized platforms and advanced software projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of the UCTalent platform and various enterprise solutions in AI, web/app development, blockchain, and data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in backlog refinement and development discussions, contributing insights on quality control and assurance.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.
- Perform thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the UCTalent platform, a trusted decentralized talent network.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance activities for consultant and outsourcing software projects undertaken by Unchain Labs (the team builds UCTalent platform), spanning enterprise AI Agent solutions, enterprise web/mobile applications, dApps utilizing blockchain/web3/crypto technology, and Data Platform and AI Solutions.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd or final year student, or a recent graduate (within 6 months) from a technology or science university program.
- A strong foundational understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic quality assurance (QA) principles.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of different testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, integration).
- Exposure to or strong interest in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Web3, or Data Analytics.
- Ability to think critically and analytically to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn in a fast-paced environment.
