Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving business growth.
- Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors. Propose action strategies based on analysis results to optimize lead generation activities.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI.
- Monitor and manage progress, tasks, and work items, ensuring overall campaign activities are on track.
- Collaborate closely with related departments (Sales, Operations, etc.) to develop marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Other related marketing activities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Technology sector or B2B companies.
- Strong skills in marketing strategy development and brand management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online advertising tools, and content marketing implementation methods.
- Ability to plan, organize, and effectively monitor execution.
- Leadership skills, team coordination, and a proactive work spirit.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to propose and try new ideas.
- Preference for candidates with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
