UCTalent Labs is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Intern specializing in Growth Marketing. This full-time internship is designed for individuals with 0 years of experience who are eager to make a significant impact from day one. You will work closely with the founder to drive the growth of the UCTalent platform, focusing on both increasing brand awareness and securing attractive job opportunities from leading companies. This role is pivotal in expanding our talent pool and attracting hiring partners in the cutting-edge sectors of AI, Fintech, and Blockchain/Web3 across key regions including Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Dubai, and Australia.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and execute growth marketing strategies for the UCTalent platform.
- Enhance the activity and visibility of our social media channels to attract attention from hiring companies in the blockchain/Web3 space.
- Conduct market research to identify potential B2B sales leads and partnership opportunities within AI, Fintech, and Blockchain/Web3 sectors.
- Assist in B2B sales efforts to onboard new companies and secure high-quality job listings for the UCTalent platform.
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and establishing UCTalent as a leading platform for specialized talent.
- Contribute to building and engaging our talent pool on the "talent side" by promoting compelling job opportunities.
- Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance and sales outreach effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0 years of professional experience, demonstrating a strong passion for growth marketing and sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards new challenges.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their application in marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirement
- A strong interest in or foundational knowledge of AI, Fintech, and Blockchain/Web3 technologies.
- Previous experience (even academic or personal projects) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
- Familiarity with international markets, particularly Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Dubai, and Australia.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
