Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the iOS team (5–10 members).
- Analyze, design, and develop iOS applications focused on tools, productivity, wallpaper, camera, drawing, and on-device AI.
- Manage the timeline and quality of all team-owned projects.
- Participate in the architecture and business flow design of iOS applications based on requirements from Project Owners and the Marketing team.
- Mentor, train, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and user experience.
- Proactively research new technologies and propose technical solutions to improve workflows, enhance development efficiency, and elevate product quality.
- Experiment with new technologies and suggest innovative ideas for the project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in iOS development using Swift (Objective-C is a plus), and at least 1 year of experience managing a team of 3+ members.
- Strong knowledge of UIKit, SwiftUI, CoreGraphics, and CoreAnimation.
- Experience in performance and memory optimization for mobile apps.
- Deep understanding of MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture, and solid grasp of SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to review code, analyze and debug complex systems.
- Strong capability to mentor and train team members.
- Excellent leadership, motivation, communication, and team management skills.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with camera and media processing, real-time preview, video pipeline, and on-device AI (CoreML, Vision framework) is a plus.
