Digital Marketing Intern:

You will play a key role in building our community and establishing UCTalent as the go-to platform for Web3 talent and companies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok.
- Create compelling and relevant content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform and our target audience (Web3 talent and hiring companies).
- Manage and grow UCTalent's online communities, engaging with followers and fostering discussions.
- Support website content updates and contribute to SEO efforts to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics.
- Conduct research on competitor activities and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives.
- Review and approve posted or crawled job listings to ensure they are active, relevant Web3 jobs in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, maintaining the quality and accuracy of the UCTalent job board.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interest in Web3, blockchain technology, and the future of recruitment.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create creative and engaging content (text, image & video).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to details and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- University student in their 3rd or 4th year, or a recent graduate with a relevant major.
- Keen awareness of trending events with the ability to identify and implement relevant opportunities
- Solid computer skills, particularly in Google Sheets, Capcut, Canva and PowerPoint.
Preferred Requirement
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
- Prior experience in Growth Projects/Campaign Management is preferred (background in growth within the tech industry is a plus)
