About the Job
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a rapidly growing blockchain and cryptocurrency company, specializing in DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 solutions. The role focuses on driving growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities in the crypto ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, proven business development experience, and a passion for the crypto space.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth within the crypto sector.Identify and build relationships with key partners, including crypto projects, exchanges, and institutional investors.Lead negotiations and execute partnership agreements to expand the company’s ecosystem.Explore new revenue streams by identifying emerging trends in DeFi, NFTs, and Layer 2 solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with product development and marketing strategies.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to promote brand awareness.Stay updated on regulatory changes, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the crypto space.
Minimum Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with 2+ years in the crypto/blockchain industry.Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and NFT ecosystems.Proven track record of successfully closing deals and forming strategic partnerships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
Preferred Requirement
Existing network of contacts within the crypto and blockchain space.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Familiarity with regulatory landscape and market dynamics within the crypto industry
