About the Job
In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities within the blockchain and Web3 space. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key partners, researching industry trends, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions, represent Sightsea Labs at industry events, negotiate deals, and prepare compelling presentations for stakeholders. Additionally, you will monitor the effectiveness of partnership strategies and propose adjustments for optimization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify growth areas.
- Develop strategic partnerships with investors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Represent Sightsea Labs at industry events and conferences.
- Negotiate deals and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interest in blockchain technology and Web3.
- Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in technology-related fields (blockchain/crypto experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to research and identify trends in the blockchain industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and strategic thinking in solving problems and developing partnerships.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or decentralized applications (dApps).
- Established network within the Web3 or tech industry.
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
