Responsibilities
- Participate in outsourcing projects for clients in the global markets.
- Research and study Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions (Salesforce).
- Advise clients on effective approaches to building CRM systems.
- Consult, proposed solutions to clients. and provide direction for the project team.
- Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for team members.
- Write system requirement specification documents (SRS), or data mapping documents.
- Develop user manuals and provide training for end-users and team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the Business Analyst (BA) role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and hold one or more certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
- Expertise in sales management operations, inventory management, sales processes (retail and wholesale), and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical thinking in system analysis.
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and external clients to gather and exchange business/functional requirements.
- Ability to self-improve professionally, mentor others, and work well in a team.
- Solid background in Information Technology and software development or Graduated in Information Technology, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or related economic fields with a passion for IT.
- Task organization and control.
- Effective time management.
- Strong communication skills.
- English proficiency is required.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with health care domain is an advantage.
