About the Job
Ninety Eight is looking for a Brand Communications Specialist who will be responsible for crafting compelling content across various platforms, developing creative assets for advertisements, and generating innovative ideas for campaigns. Your role will involve enhancing communication channels such as websites, YouTube, Instagram, and more to effectively engage our audience. We're looking for someone who is not only proficient in both Vietnamese and English but also possesses exceptional writing skills in both languages. Responsibilities
- Content Production: Create captivating content for diverse platforms including social media, blogs, and other relevant channels to resonate with our target audience.
- Creative Asset Development: Design visually appealing assets for advertisements that align with our brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Campaign Ideation: Generate innovative and impactful ideas for campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Communication Channel Development: Collaborate with the team to optimize communication channels such as websites, YouTube, Instagram, etc., ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to align content and creative strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content creation, preferably in marketing or communications.
- Exceptional writing skills in Vietnamese and English, with fluency in both languages.
- Creative thinker with a proven ability to generate original ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Passionate about the Web3 industry or tech-savvy, demonstrating a genuine interest.
- Knowledgeable about digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
