As the project continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with expertise in Cosmos, C++,Golang, and DevOps to join our dynamic team

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Web3 DeFi Experience:
- Lead the development and maintenance of our blockchain infrastructure based on Cosmos, utilizing languages such as C++ and Golang.
- Implement and optimize smart contracts, protocols, and consensus algorithms to enhance the performance and security of the blockchain.
DevOps:
- Manage and optimize the deployment process, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery of blockchain updates.
- Implement and maintain DevOps best practices to enhance the efficiency of the development workflow.
Integration and Partnerships:
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate solutions seamlessly into our blockchain ecosystem.
- Work closely with the business development team to identify and implement strategic partnerships, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Engage with other departments to understand their requirements and contribute to the development of solutions that align with the company'sgoals.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in the organization.
Web3 DeFi Experience:
- Leverage your expertise in Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi) to contribute to the development and enhancement of decentralized applications within our ecosystem.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the blockchain and DeFi space.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with op-stack, layer 2 and hands-on experience with at least one chain on mainnet.
- Proven experience in blockchain development with a focus on Cosmos, C++, Golang.
- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.
- Experience in DevOps practices for blockchain deployment and management.
- Previous involvement in Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi) Welcome engineers with RUST / SOLANA experience.
